Lessons are sold in packages of 15 x 60 min. or 10 x 90 min. The price of the package depends on the type of the course (individual, group) and on the location of the classes (at the student's, at the teacher's, remotely) .

Please remember to cancel your lessons on time! Students will be charged for late cancellations!

Before starting the course, please read the following:


ENROLMENT TERMS



§1 PAYMENT
  1. All fees must be paid before the course is due to start.

  2. The fee can be paid in cash or by bank transfer to account number:

      Payment via PayPal is also accepted.

    • When paying by bank transfer or PayPal, students are required to pay all bank transfer charges and additional fees.

    • Fees are not considered to have been paid until they have reached the school's account; students are responsible for ensuring that enough time is allowed.

    • The price for the package of lessons (15 x 60 min.) includes original teaching materials used during the course, but does not include the coursebooks.

    • The maximum time assigned to use one package of lessons is four months (starting from the day the first lesson is conducted). After this time, the package expires and any unused lessons will be forfeited. The student is not entitled to reimbursement of financial costs for unused lessons.
§2 LATE ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPARTURES, ABSENCES, AND RESIGNATION FROM CLASSES
  1. There can be no claim for a refund of fees in the event of a student’s late arrival, early departure, non-attendance, withdrawal, or any other reason for failure to take up services booked with the school.

  2. A partially attended package of lessons cannot be reimbursed.
§3 TRIAL LESSONS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESCHEDULING LESSONS
(Individual Classes)
  1. Trial lesson lasts 60 minutes, is free of charge, and is not included in the package.

  2. Lesson may be cancelled or rescheduled up until 6 PM the previous day. Teacher shall be notified of any cancellations by e-mail: ania@polish4you.waw.pl or phone + 48 507 338 294.

  3. Lessons cancelled on time will be rescheduled for date individually agreed to by teacher and student.

  4. Lessons not cancelled or cancelled later than 6 PM the previous day will be forfeited and not rescheduled nor refunded.

  5. Up to 20% of classes from purchased package may be cancelled/rescheduled.

  6. School reserves right to change class date(s) in exceptional cases, e.g. teacher's illness. In such cases, lessons will be rescheduled for date individually agreed to by teacher and student.
§4 RESCHEDULING LESSONS
(Group Classes)
  1. Lesson may be cancelled or rescheduled up until 6 PM the previous day. Teacher shall be notified of any cancellations by e-mail: ania@polish4you.waw.pl or phone + 48 507 338 294.

  2. Any change in class date(s) must be agreed to by teacher and all group participants.

  3. Lessons not cancelled or cancelled later than 6 PM the previous day will be forfeited and not rescheduled nor refunded.

  4. Up to 20% of classes from purchased package may be cancelled/rescheduled.

  5. School reserves right to change class date(s) in exceptional cases, e.g. teacher's illness. In such cases, lessons will be rescheduled for date individually agreed to by teacher and all course participants.

The school has a commitment to its students to provide the service(s) requested and once a course is confirmed, the school will endeavour to abide by it. However, the school cannot be held legally liable if, for reasons beyond its control, it is unable to provide the service(s) for which it has been contracted. If the school is unable to provide the service(s) requested by a student, the school agrees to substitute alternative service(s) of similar or higher value.
